HIGH RISE
HMT got started with a specialty in cast in place concrete high-rise towers that are typically used in the hospitality and multi-tenant developments. As a result, our years of experience in this space allows us to be a vital partner to the project beginning with design assistance that brings greater constructability to the actual execution of the build with our talented teams. HMT prides itself on bringing value throughout the entire project.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
HMT Renewable Energy was established in 2012 to fill the demands of commercial solar and smart battery storage installations. Our PV installation experience includes canopy, rooftop and ground mount arrays and over 100 megawatts installed between 2014-2017, alone! In addition to Solar, HMT continues to evolve with the clean energy movement, having vast experience in EV Charging Stations and other electrical needs to support the trend.
BUILDING AUTOMATION & CONTROLS
Stemming from our work in the high-rise towers, HMT’s building automation and controls division has gone on to become the fastest growing segment of the business by offering pipe, wire & termination services to some of the largest mechanical providers in the business. From massive robotic machines used to support the manufacturing space to large commercial chillers and even small commercial HVAC systems, HMT provides efficient, high quality low voltage installations and retrofits to support all of your building control needs.
COMMERCIAL
Commercial electrical installations and retrofits make up a significant portion of our work. HMT does large- and small-scale builds or improvements for office, retail, education, labs, medical and other industries that range from underground services and infrastructure to distribution and lighting.

HMT’s in-house design & engineering team allows for real-time feedback and integration of solutions to the ever-changing construction landscape. With deep roots in the design/build process and expertise in navigating jurisdictional requirements, we are a nimble and adept contractor of choice to get you through the design process quickly and on schedule. Our team is trained & knowledgeable in multiple facets of electrical construction and are a direct resource to all of our customers.
BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING
Providing a 3D digital representation of a building’s physical and functional properties and characteristics allows HMT to collaborate with other trades to reduce errors and cost and save time. BIM is one of many technologies used in HMT’s Pre-Construction Department to deliver projects on time and on budget.
PRE-FABRICATION
Quality, consistency, and innovation are the hallmarks of HMT’s pre-fabrication process.The benefits of reduced installation time, schedule acceleration, and consistency of product are indisputable, so we strive to refine our proven methods and continually look for opportunities to take advantage of pre-fabrication when and wherever possible.
