A San Diego organization founded to help at-risk youth and their families become self-sufficient and reach their highest potential. They have helped hundreds by working to end homelessness, prevent delinquency and school failure, break the cycle of child abuse and neglect, along with promoting mental health and addiction recovery. Many of our employees working on downtown high rise projects have daily contact with the homeless and at-risk youth and HMT is interested in leaving a positive contribution to the downtown area as well as the addition to our city’s skyline.

A local San Diego organization of veterans and surfers with a passion to help those in need. One More Wave Surf Corp.’s mission is to provide wounded or disabled veterans access to surfing by providing them with customized surfing equipment and assistance. This enables riders to achieve therapy through the ocean. This organization is very familiar to the many avid surfers at HMT, and Brian Hudak and One More Wave CEO Kyle Buckett have known each other for many years.

A local nonprofit committed to solving family homelessness through our Solutions University program. This unique program is a 1,000 day partnership that equips families with the skills, knowledge and resources that create amazing life transformations. It’s not just a housing solution, it’s a “change your life” solution that has solved homelessness for over 850 families and 2200 children. Supporting this organization that works to solve homelessness in our local North County community aligns with HMT’s core values and we are grateful to be able to partner with Solutions for Change to make an impact.
